“The California Department of Housing and Community Development, Division of Codes and Standards, will be conducting an inspection of your mobilehome park as required by law. The inspection will be conducted within 60 days of the date posted shown below. The inspection will include, but not be limited to, the general park areas, buildings, equipment, and utility systems of the park, each individual lot, and the exterior of the homes and accessory structures.
Specific information about the inspection is available in a booklet titled “”Mobilehome Park Inspection – Resident Information Booklet.”” Supplies of these booklets and a video were provided to the park operator or a booklet was left on each door step. The mobilehome park manager and/or operator has been provided similar information in a separate “”Operator Information Booklet.”” These booklets are also available on the Department of Housing and Community Development Website.
