As of this month the park is doing just fine. We only have three coaches available in the park for dale. Number 70, 72, and 69. Number 91 is sold and Corry Prudden is up in Oregon and is doing just great. She says to say hello to everyone. It is always fun watching them up in a new coach as space number 61 should be done soon. Lee Wall in number 42 always has fun taking pictures of the old coach being taken out and the new coach being installed. Clearing the lot and breaking up the driveway and patio is a little noisy but they seem to get the job done in a hurry when they are ready. Not having much luck catching the cats that are running loose in the park yet but in time I’ll get them. They seem to love those miniature marshmallows so I’ll have to change my bait to catch them. All we seem to be catching lately is possums and they don’t seem to be a threat to the park or anyone. The audio is working again for the Board meetings so everyone who wishes can view them from their homes. I want to thank Lee Wall for all his help in running the camera during the meeting. We should be scheduling the new floor in the clubhouse soon as the report on the old floor came back negative for asbestos. That is a good thing because if the old floor had asbestos it would be expensive to take out. We need to do some repair to the floor underneath the tile as it is starting to buckle in places. Then the new floor can be installed. Thank you to all those who gave their input and recommendations for the new floor. I had fun on the golf course this past week. We came around the corner on this one hole and there were about 50 turkeys on the fairway. I stopped to observe them and I told them Thanksgiving was coming up soon and you should have seen them because it was like they understood what I was saying. Every turkey in the fairway just took off running as fast as they could. In closing the message this month I would like to wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving.
Thanks,
Larry.
