Manager’s Message – May 2015

Happy Memorial Day and thank you to all the Veterans who live in the park. Without your service we would not be living with all the freedom that we enjoy every day.

The park has the following mobile homes available at this time: number 70 and number 72. I also think number 205 will be coming up soon. Now is the time to take a good look at your yards front, back and sides as the weeds are really making a come back this year. I can see quite a few yards that the weeds are really taking over. It won’t be long before Mike and I will be doing property inspections and if you take care of your yard we won’t have to write all the violations. I also have to take care of my own yard as my place is looking pretty shabby.

It won’t be long before the swimming pool is open again as the line dancers have been having a ball during the winter months dancing every Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings. I will miss all the good music every week when summer arrives. I think that every week more residents and their guests arrive and try their dancing skills out on the floor. When all of them get to going they are good enough to put on the Internet so other people can learn from them. Great job Dancers! I know a lot of the residents are curious about the fence that is damaged on our main road into the park. I spoke to our new office manager once and have called twice and left messages but no return calls as of yet. Mike said that he saw people out there measuring so hopefully the fence will be repaired soon.

Thanks,
Larry
