I know of quite a few residents who are looking for a place to get their living trusts completed at a reasonable price. This weekend’s newspaper has an ad that says they are a BBB accredited business with a A plus rating and they are charging a total of $599.00. All you have to do is call 1-800-585-3005 and they will get you all set up. Hope this information helps. The park overall is doing quite well. Of course we still need to put some work into some of our coaches and the yards but our real estate values continue to go up every year. Remember the better the condition of your home the more money you will get out of it when you sell it. Also the better your home looks the better the park books to those who are thinking about living here. I want to thank all the residents who are continuing to improve their homes each year as it has really paid off. If you haven’t given your phone number to the office please do so as I am trying to get the new phone book put together and every time I do something tells me they didn’t get their phone number in the book. It is very important that I get the correct information so I can get the phone book completed. If you have just moved into the park please make sure that I have your phone number to publish. By the time you read this you will have received a copy of the annual financial report along with the new civil codes for 2015. As it will take me a while longer to complete the phone book and get the new rules and regulations completed but I will get them out to you as soon as they are completed.
