Manager’s Message – July 2014

I am really looking forward to our annual 4th of July party. All the residents and their guests should have a great time. We have two new homes coming into the park soon, number 1 and number 13. It will really make the park look nicer when they replace the previous homes that were here. Last month we had an incident at the spa with broken beer bottles. And then the same day that the glass was found in the spa I found a coffee cup laying in the street and someone just threw their coffee right in the middle of the street. I find it very hard to believe that a resident did any of the items above as I think that it was their visiting guests. Anyway when I finally catch them they will no longer be allowed in the park as I have had it with people coming into our park and driving at any speed they want to and nobody letting them know what our posted speed limit is. We are trying to make this a decent place to live that we can be proud of and there are still a few who ruin it for everyone. I always get asked why this rule is in effect or why do we have to add more rules. It is only because some residents ruin it for others. If you are ever in the park and see residents behaving badly please call my house and let me know because when I catch those responsible making a mess of this park they won’t be here very long as I will do everything in my power to get them out of here. There are trailer parks on Monterey Road the they can go live in but please don’t try to destroy this park as too many residents have worked too hard to get it cleaned up and maintained. We live in a great community and we aim to keep it that way!

Thanks,
Larry
