HAPPY VALENTINES DAY TO EVERYONE! The winner of the annual Christmas Light contest this year is Palomar Real with 25 residents putting out at least one string of lights. La Paloma came in second with 21 and La Paz third place with 18. A lot more residents really got into the Christmas spirit in 2014 and really decorated their homes with some great light shows. Many thanks for all your participation and we will look forward to our contest next year. I would also like to thank all of the volunteers and committees that have put so much into the park this past year because without your help, our park would not be what it is today. You have a lot to be proud of. When people visit or come into the park to see about living here they have a lot of compliments about how nice the park looks. I would like to remind everyone about the annual Care Program from PG&E. They lowered the annual income last year but I think they have raised it back up to 31K per year of earned income. If you have an annual earned income of less than 32K per year you need to sign up and save an additional 20% on your PG&E monthly bill. Hopefully by the  time you read this they will have the new forms for us. I will let everyone know what the annual earned income limit will be in my next message to the park.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY,
Larry
