Look out for all those residents who are playing April Fools jokes on other residents this month because I know they will be out there. Overall the park is doing very well. We should be getting our new signs pretty soon or they may be up by the time you read this month’s Periodico. Just to give you a heads up Mike and I will be doing the Spring inspections pretty soon so take a good look at your property and home and see what needs to be done. I am hoping that it is still raining in California in the coming months because there is a lot of dirt on our homes and we need to get them cleaned up. Pressure washing may be a problem with the current drought but we will just have to wait and see how the water situation is. We got the Palm tree trimmed this past month by the swimming pool as the squirrels have damaged the bowl and put a hole from the bowl to the top of the tree. They seem to like to make nests inside the bottom of the tree because there were three nests in the tree that we had to have trimmed up. We also have some damage on the Oak trees from the squirrels but it doesn’t seem to be as extensive as what they are doing to the Palm trees. It cost the park $850.00 to repair the damage to the Palm tree. They are cute but they are expensive to have around.

Thanks,
Larry
