REMINDER:

If you are planning to make any changes to the outside of your coach and / or the land your coach sits on, please remember that approval is required before any changes can be made. You must draw up plans for the project, submit those to the manager and wait for approval from the Board of Directors.

No work can be started before getting the project approved by the Board of Directors.

Here are a few of the projects, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, requiring approval.

  1. Fencing
  2. Landscaping & planting
  3. Painting
  4. Changing of awning
  5. Pouring of concrete, addition of hardscape, rock, turf or pavers
  6. Mulch or bark
  7. Changing of lot lines
  8. Removal of trees

Please refer to the Rules & Regulations for details on what requires approval and what is not allowed. Also check
with HCD to see if permits are required for your project. If still unsure, please contact the manager, Justine, in the
office at 408-559-1778.
