I would like to thank all of the residents for their prayers and get well cards when I had my left hand operated on at the beginning of February. I came through the 4 hour operation in pretty good shape and will be able to fish and play golf this summer without any problems. I am looking into getting new signage for the park soon. All the street signs, pool, and office will be completed, along with a new park sign down on Union Avenue. All of the old street signs and such are rotting out as the wood has seen its days. The new signs will not warp or get destroyed by the weather, so that will be great. Had a great turn out at the Super Bowl Party. I know a lot of residents were pulling for the Denver Broncos, but Seattle was just too much for them this year, but there is always next year. The food was great and some of the commercials were pretty good as well. I would also like to thank all of you who turned out to vote for the annual shareholders meeting as it was one of the best turn outs we have had since I have been in the park. And those who could not make it, thank you for getting a proxy ballot filled out because we need a majority of the park voting or the voting would be for nothing and we would have to do it again. I think we have a great Board of Directors and I want to thank those who have retired from the Board for all their hard work and dedication in making Paseo de Palomas one of the best mobile home parks in Northern California.
