Here we go for summer again and it will be time for the annual part inspections which I hope to have done by the time you read this or real soon. As I am writing this Mike and I have checked out the 40 yard dumpster and residents are starting to fill it up already. Way to go! That also reminds me that I need to put some items in it. So far this year we are doing really well. Mike will have the bathrooms done as Rod and Mike work extra hours and days to get them completed and I know that you will really appreciate all their efforts when you see them. Great job Rod and Mike!!! We will be working on the trees on both greens late this month or next month as the oak trees are really exploding with the growth from the last pruning and spraying. I know that the squirrels are having a hay day with all the nuts as they are digging up lawns and into everyone’s potted plants either putting in their nuts or taking them out. I know one of our residents who has put in a motion sensor so their water comes on and sprays them when they come on their property. I think it was a great idea because they don’t like to get wet and it works! I also have to laugh when I read some of the facebook comments that are posted. A few residents seem to love to stir the pot with information that is incorrect. Like I have stated before, if you have any questions and would like to know the truth please feel free to call me or come up and I will answer your questions. Anyway it is a means of expressing frustration with the system and having fun and that is what life is all about, having a good time and enjoying life.
