Happy 4th of July to everyone. I hope the great warm weather is here by now as last month we had the air conditioners on one day and the heater the next. I don’t recall ever seeing weather like this in San Jose and I have lived here all my life. A 30 degree difference from one day to the next is a bit much. I think by the time you read this the bathrooms will have been completed as Mike has been working extremely hard without a day off trying to get them done for you, but as with all projects problems always seem to come up no matter how well you plan. Sometimes you end up with vendors that don’t know what they are doing so you are in a constant learning curve. By now we will know who can get the job done and who not to hire next time around. Anyway we all appreciate how hard Mike is working, I just need to get him to take a few days off and get some rest and relaxation. Soon though he will be going with me up to Shastina and we will play some golf and fish for 10 days so we will both be gone a couple of weeks. I will be available by phone to answer any questions but Mike will not have a whole available so he will not be able to work during his time away. I am really looking forward to our 4th of July party as it is always a great time and a lot of residents show up for games, great food, and laughter. No picture taking allowed as no one wants to know how much fun they had by the next day when they finally wake up. I know everyone will have the time of their lives and won’t have to worry about their picture turning up on Facebook or some other site. Have a great July and stay safe at the fireworks!
